These socks are positioned like ski socks but they are too thick. They are at least three times thicker than normal ski socks. Ski socks should be warm but thin so they don't bunch up in your boots, insulate your feet from your boots, and wick sweat from your feet. They have no protrusions which is great, they feel nice and comfortable like regular socks but they are not ski socks.
