I've been using the starter kit for a few weeks and I'm just thrilled. The benefits are countless, but here are a few. I've been researching the importance of cooking with non-toxic utensils. Cooking healthy food for my family is my top priority. Eurocast is the first non-toxic cookware I have ever used and I will never cook with any other brand again! "Non-stick" is rude. NOTHING sticks to my Eurocast pans. I cooked mac & cheese, ate most of it and intentionally burned the rest to really test Eurocast. I mean burned, like in black. I added some cold water while the pan was still incredibly hot and the burnt part rose and rose, cleaning itself! In the past, this type of cleansing consisted of soaking overnight in hopes that a magical cleansing process would take place while you slept. Support for this plan was a stealth maneuver in the garbage can. I love being able to remove the handles to finish roasting in the oven or just use this casserole dish. The real power of Eurocast lies in the total elimination of butter, oil, grease and splatter during the cooking process. I can't imagine how many calories my family is saving on top of lowering fat and cholesterol. This advantage alone makes Eurocast a lifestyle upgrade. I plan years and years to reap the rewards of my starter kit and confidence that this cookware will be passed down to my kids and their kids.
