I don't think there's anything really bad about it- just some minor points i'd like us all have an opportunity t comment upon. 1) There are no dedicated account managers who can be reached outside business hours if needed; 2) We do not receive any billing statements until after 90 days which makes financial reconciliation difficult 3.) If you're looking solely from my perspective this could get expensive quickly but once your team hits critical mass they will help keep costs down 4.- You'll need more than two people working full time because support needs/desire is high 5)- It takes awhile before results begin showing up online so expect patience 6-) As mentioned above - Support.
