4 year old granddaughter loves this mermaid style tutu dress!
My granddaughter wore it as soon as she got it because she loves wearing tutus. It also has a slight sheen. It's nice to have a mermaid with mermaid scales on the skirt. She wore it before bed and then wanted to wear it the next day too! i love this dress
