Worked perfectly for my Halloween costume.
Made sturdy. Fit perfectly. Has a stretch waist. Would buy more if needed. Came quickly and packaged well. Has two loops in the skirt that can be used to hang it up. If you want more leg showing get the one that has the front higher puffiness doesn't allow for much leg to show even with the slit.
