I'm not the type to give a one star rating but this one deserves one because I buy these for my lotion business and these pumps fail every time. Whether they're brand new or have been used for a while, I've gotten bad reviews from people, and my own pumps do the same. The "stainless steel" spout, which is actually made of plastic, falls out of the hole. When the pump is running, it only pumps a small amount and it takes some time before it works again for another pump. And if it ever blows up, it may pump again, or it may not pump at all. I am very frustrated trying to find a glass dispenser bottle to sell my lotions in without having to make up for their failure. Please let me know if anyone knows where I can buy reliable glass dispenser bottles.
