The staff is very professional, friendly & always willing to help! They are knowledgeable about all of their services provided so you know that they have your best interest at heart when it comes time for hiring them. I would definitely recommend this agency if looking into finding quality care providers for senior living facilities or anyone needing someone reliable who will take good care of themselves while working with seniors. It's been great having these people as part my team!! No complaints here. Their rates seem fair compared to other agencies we had used previously but not sure how long ago those were from since our business has changed quite drastically over last few years due to health issues among family members. We needed some additional caregivers after one left unexpectedly which was an issue because there wasn't enough hours available during normal work week days (we provide 24 hour coverage). This allowed us more flexibility than what we experienced before allowing new caregiver access earlier without waiting.
