It's too tight and not thick enough

I forgot to take a picture before sending it back but sent it back because I barely fit in it. I like to wear the straps low, but I had to wear this strap over my belly button because I couldn't adjust it anymore. My waist is 39. Also it's way too tight. I could barely slide the Note 8 in and out with ease. Same problem with the water bottle holder. Getting in and out was too difficult.
