I asked to throw in all my nail polish and everything I have. I underestimated how much I have lying around, but it matched my important things that I wanted. To be honest I could have just looked elsewhere for the nail polish so I could fit more tools. In any case, each small black tray has a removable plastic insert. Mine were bent and twisted, but they could be put under something heavy. An extra loose box that I admittedly thought was useless, which I then stuffed all my fake nail bags and brushes into, so it was actually pretty nice to have. The bottom even fits large polishes and also has a nice liner so I can wipe away my damn gel that always leaks. The drawers fit my nail drill and everything. Handy when I just need a drill or nail holder. No need to dig in the box like I used to. I could probably throw a lot of sutures here too. I can think of many other use cases that would be great. A drawer mirror is a good see-through mirror if you don't have room to pack your own. If you really use this for make-up 🤭. Although honestly I have too much makeup to put on here. I need eyeliner and lipstick to get up. A free crate wouldn't be big enough to hold them. Having my palettes underneath would be very annoying and I would probably have to pull everything out to get what I want. I don't even use foundation so there will be more things I'll try to find space for. I don't know but it doesn't seem like there is enough organized makeup space. Too much free bottom of the box, good if you like digging around and looking for things. You might use small pockets to keep certain things together, but then what's the point of this sleeve? I wouldn't use it for makeup, as a travel case, or just for storage. Also, if it had been an abandoned bag, it would not have survived. It should work as a carrier. Better take a soft travel cosmetic bag and throw it in my luggage bag. Or honestly use ziplock bags. Have done this before and they are great for quick trips. But the box is pretty solid. I won't be afraid to throw it around. metal and frame? because drawers are very secure and I don't have to worry about breaking them by pulling too hard or anything stupid I do with them. Overall this is a good cover, if I used it for makeup it would just give me a headache.
