These are very comfortable shoes for training or everyday use. Suede bottom. I wear 4.5 inch roses and ordered a size 7 in them and they fit. I like that the strap is wide on the thumb and doesn't rub on the finger. The heel is low enough to be more comfortable without being a flat shoe. They dangle a bit in the toe area, I wouldn't take them if you have narrow toes. They are bright, colorful and very fun.
