Terrible design in plastic wrap
I bought 2, one for foil and one for plastic wrap. Started with foil. The plastic inserts prevented them from returning to the dispenser, so I removed one. Once the top is closed the cutter doesn't go far enough to let the foil lay flat so it can be cut, you need to fold it into a corner. Better to leave in a container.
