This sandal has a pronounced arch support. I can see that if the fit isn't perfect, your feet may not be touching the arch properly. however it is perfect for me! It is nice that all straps can be adjusted. They have those "spiky" things on the insole so be careful if you have very sensitive feet (although I think they can get cut off). At the moment I only wear them at home to test and find them comfortable. Green in navy/green shoes is light green Kelly. Based on my current limited experience I predict this will be a good all day sandal. I love my Tevas for the good support but they come second and I'm considering ordering them in black and gray as well.
