I bought 2 of these in July 2019 and they have worked great for two years. However, last month the brush I was using wouldn't turn off. He switched to various functions, but did not switch off. I tried draining the battery but after 20 minutes the device was REALLY hot and still working. I tried to find a way to access the battery but there was no way to do it. I ended up having to use pliers to pull the post out, bringing with me the wire attached to the mechanism. (SEE PHOTO). Only then did the device switch itself off. Of course it's destroyed now. I would NEVER feel comfortable traveling with one of these for fear the same thing could happen if pliers weren't handy and they could catch fire. My only other complaint is that I couldn't find replacement heads anywhere.
