due to cracks. I don't have an internal ice maker that connects to water, instead I just fill a bucket with cubes from the ice trays. Unfortunately the previous 2 cracked. I pondered the reason and decided that the cubes were too big and ended up getting stuck on the walls and eventually breaking the container. My solution is to use smaller ice cubes. FYI: The trays are small and a bit tedious to fill. It takes 15 bowls to completely fill a bucket. Hope that helps.
