I was so excited to get this watch! short-lived! The face is scratched the first 2 days, very thin base, SLIGHTLY scratched on the strap. Links are VERY difficult to remove! I tried pulling each link to find the right fit. All contacts except 1 are stuck in links. Now it doesn't sit in the middle of my wrist. I have a $40 Bebe watch that I've worn 2 years in a row with no scuffs or scratches. You are really just buying a name with this watch because you are not buying quality, that's for sure!
