Can I give no stars? Product is terrible, not powerful. Customer service is incredibly arrogant and unresponsive, like their vibrators. They don't want to take responsibility for anything.There are numerous other places to go. Blow off this one.

USB charging is awesome! Super strong vibrations when surrounding your business. The buttons require a solid push but easy enough to manage. Amazing for external vibrations, comparable to the magic wand intensity wise. The case to keep it in is chic, great for travel.
