I was very let down by the AIRCAST web shop lately. The website was simple to use and offered a wide variety of products, but I had trouble completing my purchase because of the checkout procedure. To begin, I had trouble anticipating my final bill because not all costs were prominently displayed. There were also a few technical hiccups that prevented me from completing my transaction as smoothly as advertised. In addition, I was disappointed by the quality of their customer support. It took forever to hear back from an agent after I emailed them about a problem, and then she wasn't very helpful once she did. Overall, the AIRCAST online shop left me feeling dissatisfied. Despite having what I needed in stock, I was hesitant to make a purchase due to the store's frustrating checkout procedure and unimpressive customer service.
