Oh my god. I never thought I would have such strong feelings for lemon zest. This thing is AMAZING. Don't look for other Cesters, just take this one. It's so good it has a case to cover it. And oh my god, this thing works so well. That showed the lemon who was the boss of the house. I'm not even joking. I sliced a lemon yesterday with a regular small hole cheese grater and today I used that and the zest of a regular cheese grater was about 2 tablespoons but with this cheese grater it was at least a cup. It is very easy to use and the handle feels good in your hand. Not too heavy or too light. I never thought I would be so passionate about kitchen appliances.
