I wore this when I rode over 100℉ at the Salt Flats. It withstood splashes of various fuels (which I would quickly neutralize and rinse off with water), showers, sweat and the aforementioned heat and never felt uncomfortable or clammy. The glossy finish was surprisingly unaffected. The only thing I don't like is the poor visibility of the digits in bright/sunlight, as well as the short amount of time the light stays on without anything being particularly visible on the dial, as other reviewers have noted. I'm used to a lot more analogue watches so this was a needed added bonus for me. It's nice to be able to set a second time zone on the digital clock while keeping the analog portion of my home base intact, so I can sometimes check the actual time when traveling between time zones in two different states and always be on time. Relying on a smartphone is a big no-no when the time zone can fluctuate within the same border town. The watch came with enough instructions to figure out the rest yourself and a beautiful metal case. I find this watch beautiful enough to wear almost all the time and the brass has not yet tarnished despite the harsh environment.
