Bright but not thoughtful.
Although the lens/cover is transparent and the LED is bright, the housing has an internal thread. Even with the included O-ring on the lens, the base still fills with water when it rains. If the base was externally threaded, water would not be able to enter. It's time to take out the drill to insert the drain hole.
