New grill has been boxed and protected. My biggest concern is if one of the clips breaks during shipping. There weren't any and the grill was wrapped in plastic wrap, in a sealed bag, in a bubble bag and then in a box. Direct fit, no need to modify anything, watch the youtube video on how to properly remove the original grille, clips come off easily if you're not careful. There have been a number of complaints that the grille is only for those who have a front camera, I don't have it so the interchangeable grille is a blind hole in the nose. I ordered a set of bushings (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Y64NCYV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and the 5/8 solid bushing fits the hole perfectly.
