Mostly well made good for me
I did have some trouble with the first unit I got. There was some thread tearing on one of the shoulder harnesses after the first few nights of wearing it. Have gotten a replacement and so far so good. This thing is bulky but for those of us that are heavy sleepers it works. No sliding around like the prior anti-rollover device I had did on occasion. Still. I wish someone would make a lightweight breathable vest version of something like this. Would seem to make a lot more sense.

- The backpack may not have enough padding for comfort
