Seriously! With this whisk, I can turn egg whites into a stiff meringue in three minutes or less. Meringue dessert is a real godsend for me, I have dear friends, some of whom can't eat gluten and some of whom can't eat dairy, but almost all of them can eat meringue! I'm very happy with it! He did an excellent job. I find my cakes fluffier and I get even more compliments on my cakes!
