Like most here, I wanted low carb ice cream without making a gallon. I'm on a keto/low carb diet and can only eat 20 grams a day. That's great! Made great ice cream! And I can enjoy the treat with my kids. It was ready in less than 10 minutes and it was fun. My ice cream contained up to 8 grams of carbs per serving. I made caramel cheesecake ice cream. π Here are my ingredients - it's 2-3 servings, so I pop about half in the fridge to make ice cream again tomorrow: Caramel Cheesecake Ice Cream 8 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temperature) 1/2 cup whipping cream 1/ 4 cups water Caramel Sugar Free Torani Syrup pinch salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract whip heavy cream with a mixer until soft peaks form. Stir in soft cream cheese. Add torani, salt and vanilla to the water while mixing. Blend on high speed until smooth. Did! Place in the fridge to chill for about an hour or more. Then take Zoku, put 1/3 to half in a bowl and stir. Ice cream in less than 10 minutes. Enjoy!
