Beautiful and flexible out of the box. Looks really good on my cheap tribute to the Submariner. The quick release spring bars didn't come pre-installed, but they packed extras into the kit and gave me a spring bar/pin tool. I had to tap it out a bit as the spring holes were still filled with silicone, had to dig out the silicone to install the bars. Comfortable on the wrist, although a bit fiddly to close if you accidentally reset the straps. Soft enough, not sure how it will hold up over time, but it looks good now and is cheap enough to replace in a year or two.
