I bought this for my adult son for Christmas and it fell apart after about two weeks. My son works full time and makes absolutely no mistakes with his controllers. There's something seriously wrong with Xbox One controllers because they typically don't last more than 6 months before the bumpers fall out or the buttons start sticking. However, this one didn't even make it a full month! Luckily I was able to exchange it as it was within the 30 day window. But, you know what? The replacement controller also fell apart, but this time it went past the 30-day window for a return or exchange. The thing is, no matter WHERE we buy them, they're all junk. Well, expensive junk. The same thing happens with all my Xbox One controllers. But the funny thing is that my PS4 controller is still working perfectly after almost 4 years. Is this how Xbox makes money? Making cheap controllers that cost too much? I think they should, I mean they have more controllers than Xbox One games. I would say don't buy this, but what choice do you have? There isn't a single quality Xbox One controller out there.
