Its pros: Well assembled - no squeaks, no backlash. A good sound (for me), perhaps it can be better, but this is normal for me. A good microphone, the interlocutors do not complain (some even praise). Got cons: Dangles on the head. It looks like an ordinary head, but it's too big.
