I was a bit hesitant when I bought the wallet online; I'm very picky about my wallet. I usually can't find one I like unless I'm spending over $40 on a wallet. applied trim materials, i hate the smell. This one - I looked at the layout and construction in the photos and decided to take a chance because I wanted the protective features. I was positively surprised! The leather actually looks good, the stitching seems to be fine, the lining seems to be fully taped, it doesn't smell! I guess time will tell how long this wallet lasts, but so far - I'm impressed! The only thing I would suggest as an upgrade would be to make a slotted hole in the plastic window to make it easier to slide ID out the window - for those who need to take ID out regularly. RECOMMENDED.
