Nice lamp though.

This lamp is just beautiful! The first two photos show a lamp with a night light, the other two show the type of bulb that the lamp requires. It was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. It has two loops for two hooks (included) to hang the lamp. Everything about it says it should be a five star product. Serious. My big problem is the tension of the springs for the clips that hold the lids. It's tight! I know it must be tight, but it's like a mousetrap snapping its fingers. How do I know? I was addicted to a mousetrap and addicted to this lamp. They felt about the same. I got worried the thought of changing the lightbulbs. The neck is very narrow and with such a strong spring holding the inner terminals, removing the caps to replace the lamp (requiring a narrow base chandelier style lamp) is now a challenge! So I got the right lightbulb and after a few days we decided we needed a night light effect rather than a lightbulb since it's hanging right above our bed. So I go to change the lightbulb and of course I share the lightbulb. Before I could move my fingers to hold the spring loaded clip, the cap popped out and the bulb shattered! So be careful! I strongly recommend using a plastic LED light bulb in this lamp. I'm not saying I don't understand. It's beautiful and I love it. Just know what you're getting before you buy. If you have motor problems or arthritis, you may find it difficult to assemble the lamp yourself. Handling these spring clips is like working a thigh for your fingers. But once it's done, it's fantastic. long cord. The toggle switch is very easy to press. It's not one of those knobs that tend to get sticky. So the mass of pluses is just a big question with the spring tension in the clamps. Forewarned is armed! Happy shopping and sorry for the typos.
