The upper part is constantly coming off
I have mixed feelings about this. It's functional and good for what it claims to be, but the top is cumbersome and constantly shifting, leaving items inside vulnerable to dust, dirt, etc. The window is nice and makes for a good presentation. The material is thicker than I expected which is great. It's just kind of awkward. I'm not sure if I'm confused by the lid or if I don't like the product in general. I have another one that zips up but in a thinner material that I like better. I want to love it, but just don't.
