Only with both headphones on will you be able to make and receive calls. The music stops playing and the call is taken using the other earbud's speaker and mic if you're only using one earbud. Once the call is over, the music will keep playing. From the start, the case cover is a touch sloppy. The system continues to function normally. The earpiece may not always charge even when it is in the correct position. You should double-check the location, just in case.
