I recently had a pacemaker placed under my left collarbone. Did find that while driving the incision area was very sore and I had to put a belt under my left armpit, yes not the safest but worked until this shoulder pad arrived. Easy to insert even with limited mobility in my left arm and now there is no pain or discomfort and the pad fits easily into the incision site. Very soft and comfortable. The only pull back, and it's not at all, is that it takes some effort to move the plate up for the strap to retract. Not a real bug, just an observation.
