I enjoy working with this system it's easy to use, very intuitive and gives you many options for designing your own reports easily from scratch or pulling data directly in Excel without any software installation required! The UI could be improved but overall an excellent product that will save me time when creating different types of documents (reports) as well as having access them afterwards via emailing links provided by our clients who require these type of files at short notice.
Easy way of gathering information about client contracts/ agreements etc., so we can provide more detailed analysis upon request - also saves us writing numerous emails back & forth which would normally take hours instead only takes minutes now using this tool. It has increased my productivity immensely due to ease of document creation compared to manually doing everything myself previously e.g.: drafting contract agreement templates, invoices, statements etc..
