The adjustable foot does not slide cleanly over the thread.
The adjustable foot does not slide smoothly on the thread guide. Perhaps the legs are misaligned or twisted. The hole must be enlarged or the adjustment guide thread will wear out. Item is fine as is. You can buff the legs on a buffing wheel for a more pleasing finish.
