It was a nice transition from sweet minty toothpaste to long term healthier toothpaste. At the same time, get ready for a less sweet product. Not as bad as my homemade attempts at spearmint essential oil. I'm used to more "whitening" but adding a quick brush at midday with this brand makes them pearly without all the toxins :) well worth it! Mix this with activated charcoal and apply to teeth in the shower. Leave it on for as long as possible before rinsing it out, like an extremely effective teeth whitener! * The shower is very important because of coal stains and it's difficult to walk around the house with a mouth full of black foam. I also use the leftover charcoal paste on my face as a mint mask :) tones and purifies!
