The quality of the merino wool itself is good. The cut is weak, especially after wearing and washing. That's why I didn't send it back. I have XXL which usually means broad shoulders and longer arms, I ran into this problem in a top competitor (WX). Didn't think I'd be at Minus 33 which I thought was an excellent mark. I had no such problems with their winter weights. There's nothing worse than stretching out your arms and your top's wrist will be two inches higher than your arm! How about thumb loops?!
