I like that it is easy to add new patients to my accounts, which is very important when trying to keep up with insurance companies. It can be difficult to find certain information about an account or patient. Sometimes you have to go back and forth between different tabs in order to find what you are looking for. When searching for a particular doctor, sometimes the search returns too many results. This makes it hard to narrow down your options. I also do not like how there is no way to print invoices or statements. All documents must be downloaded as a PDF. If you need to send an invoice to someone, you cannot just print them out.
