Soft warm pretty best in my rating
They are very pretty and warm. My daughter is almost three years old, these tights are a little longer for her, I think she can wear them at least until she is four years old.

- My 4 year old daughter loves them. High quality, non-prickly, cheerful colors.
Cons
- My girls didn't like them. Said they itch. I donated them.
