Great vest! best in hydration packs
This lightweight vest has ample space for phone, keys, pepper spray etc as well as ample water space with the ability to use water. Bottles in the front pockets of the vest, or a hydration bladder in a large back pocket, or both (how far do you run?!?)! I have personally used this vest with a 2 liter reservoir and it has worked great! I also used the front water bottle pockets and that worked great too!
