Their customer service is amazing! I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes when calling them, they are always willing/able help you with anything that comes up during your project or purchase process of photos from their library!! They also offer several price plans so it's easy if one isn't sure how much storage space will be needed at first but once set-up there really aren’t any downsides as far what i can see in my limited experience using this product thusfar.

The only downside would probably just come down doe pricing which could make things tough depending upon usage needs etc.. But overall great software package all around - very user friendly both front end & backend especially considering most people who use photography these days tend towards digital capture rather then film (which was where pixlogers started). We're able store thousands pictures easily compared w our previous solution we used before switching over completely due lack of cost effectiveness / ease of implementation into existing.
