I don't know how I could do without this nozzle. My front teeth have small grooves that darken even with daily brushing. It's more than a little embarrassing when those nasty looking dark lines run down your front teeth. And it used to be that just a visit to the dentist could clean them, but this brush head makes it possible! You can't imagine the relief. And it's not just the Oral-B brush itself compared to a regular toothbrush. I have tried other nozzles including dental floss. Braun only produces 3-D white with a plastic mouthpiece that is modeled on a dentist's instrument. Sometimes when I don't use it for a while and the discoloration comes back, it takes a few washes for it to go away completely. But in the end it always happens. Cannot recommend highly enough and god help me if this product is ever discontinued. I never want to go back to life without him. It might sound dramatic, but it's true once you figure out what works for you.
