I tend to write long reviews so here is a short list of the pros and cons of the whitening pen. It may also answer some of the questions you have about using a whitening pen: Pros: - Actually whitened my teeth! - No bad taste - No irritation / pain - Easy to use - Nice packaging. (took 1.5 weeks instead of the promised 30 applications in the box) - you need to completely dry your teeth and then apply the solution to each individual tooth (that didn't bother me personally. It just took a bit of time) - if you paint over wet teeth, it soils the brush - The solution slightly builds up in patches on the teeth after drying (that didn't bother me too much, but I thought it was worth mentioning) Okay, now more Detailed review: I have almost every whitening toothpaste on Tried the market, charcoal, baking soda and more but to no avail. I heard about this pen and decided to try it. I was a bit nervous as I might have sensitive gums but I didn't feel any irritation! The pen lasted exactly a week and a half before I used it up completely (so not 30 times the time stated on the packaging!). During this time, I can honestly say my teeth look whiter! I was positively surprised. Believe me, the yellowing of my teeth was persistent! Maybe I'll buy another pen to whiten my teeth even more. However, I noticed a few things about her that some people might find negative. First, you must COMPLETELY dry your teeth before "drawing" on the bleaching solution with a pen. Otherwise, the solution will get clumpy and dry on the brush, ruining it. Also note that the pen applies this solution to your teeth and leaves a thin film/coating on your teeth overnight. The solution doesn't have any flavor or anything, but you'll definitely want to brush your teeth in the morning to wash it all away. Also note that as the solution dries, it will collect on your teeth in some places. I didn't know the pen worked like this when I bought it, but in hindsight I realized that most of the negative reviews focused on white clumps of grout on the teeth. It honestly didn't bother me much, although it took a bit of a chore to dry my teeth and cover each tooth evenly. Also, you can only whiten the front teeth as it is too difficult. for drying and staining the teeth in the back of the mouth. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised and impressed with this whitening product. I've tried so many different things and this is the first one that worked! If you agree with some of the "negatives" then by all means get this product! I would buy this again! As a side note, I tried to take before and after photos but they didn't come out due to the poor lighting. But I saw a huge improvement in my teeth whitening!
