As a contact lens wearer, I always used my normal glasses as a fallback aid when I had a "dry day” with contact lenses. Needless to say, I would prefer contacts to glasses for many reasons. For this reason I have given up blue light blocking glasses because why would I wear glasses over contacts when I just prefer contacts?! But once you try them, you really won't be able to work on your computer much longer without these blue light glasses.
