Bought this screen because of all the great reviews. When it arrived I was shocked to see how much you actually got for the money. It comes with a digitizer/glass, frame, button/bracket and Wi-Fi/BT antenna which very often seems to break when old glass is removed. I'm not entirely sure how they can make money at that price! I ended up not needing a Wi-Fi antenna, I used whatever else came with the kit. For those who have never done this particular repair before, be prepared to spend a good hour removing all the glue from every crack and crevice. If you don't prepare your work well, the glue will almost certainly dry too soon and become more of a nuisance each time. You won't be able to put it all back together tightly. Reminds me of the old saying about painting a car. 90% preparation, 10% application. That also applies here! The glass/digitizer was perfect and had no functional issues. The bezel fitted almost perfectly, only needing a slight adjustment. The corner of the bezel somehow broke off within 24 hours of installation, but this could be due to the pressure of the books placed on top to allow the glue to stick. I don't think it will affect the glass but time will tell. Overall I would still give it a good 5 stars for the money. Let's see how it holds up as I've heard a lot about third party glass breaking more easily. But at this price I don't really think it matters, to be honest. Costs almost 1/3 of what OEM glass costs, you have to go through 3 of them and the OEM glass doesn't include anything other than the glass/digitizer. It's worth nothing. After replacing the glass, I initially did not receive a picture. Had a sound, no picture. To find out, I had to do a hard reset, which basically resets software AND hardware. After that it worked again without any problems. If you have this problem, press and hold the home button and the power button for 10-15 seconds until the screen turns on. it worked again without problems. if you have this problem, hold down the home button and the power button for 10-15 seconds until the screen turns on. it worked again without problems.
