Review on 🪒 Braun EasyClick Beard Trimmer Attachment: Compatible with Series 5, 6, & 7 Electric Razors by Joni Juenke

The lamp for the replacement blade came on within 3 weeks of receiving the item. And I didn't even use it every day. I have exchanged emails with Brown regarding this. Brown replied that the blade should last 12 to 18 months and recommended resetting the indicator. Brown didn't explain why the replacement light would come on on a brand new device. I've tried resetting the replacement indicator multiple times to no avail. So I just sent it back. Two more problems. First, the instructions are very difficult to understand and contain mistakes in my opinion. Almost all IMO drawings and pictures are poorly executed. And second, after cleaning the block with the Braun cleaning block, I put the shaving block down and an oily liquid flowed out of the razor head and ruined some of the material underneath. The instructions should at least state that the cleaning liquid is not completely removed and how to ensure that the supplied cleaning liquid is completely drained.
