nice colors but time consuming

I thought these colors had some kind of lace to put flowers together but it was basically a set. The tissue paper was folded and trimmed like an accordion, but you still had to secure the middle by tying a knot in the center and fluffing each layer to make a flower. Got the effect I wanted, just more work than expected, especially since I only opened on the day of the party
