The edges of these pliers are very sharp.
Some things are better bought in person. These pliers are very thin and the edges are very sharp. When washing your hands you have to be extremely careful not to cut yourself on the edges. They wouldn't be strong enough to do the hard work of flipping a large piece of meat. I wouldn't have bought it if I'd held it in my hands first.
