Definitely anti-glare so I bought the product specifically to reduce glare. It was pretty easy to install, the hard part was getting the screen clear enough to install the screen protector. It's not smudge resistant, you'll still get a decent amount of fingerprint smudges on the screen. This gives it a matte look and thus takes away the brightness of the image but doesn't blur it, it's a very constant difference. But it's so nice to read text with it, so if you read a lot on a tablet it will be easier on the eyes. And you get three screen protectors in one package. So if you really don't know how to attach them, you have two more tries for $8. I am happy with my purchase and recommend it! Many Thanks
