I ordered a black pair and this red pair. Black sits quite tight, but relaxed after a walk. The red couple is uncomfortable. They also have memory foam which I don't like and I never read about it in the description. The hinges on the back are 2 inches, they're huge! The black pair is only 1/4 inch. Big difference. The shoes arrived a month late due to covid19. So I didn't try to wear them and since we were in quarantine I had nowhere to go. After trying the red pair and contacting the seller for a refund, I received no response. I would like a refund or buy another red pair that fits, has regular insoles and smaller loops on the back.
