Good bike, you need to weigh it to set it up

This is a good bike, the welds are good, the metal parts are strong and we will make them. Good quality tires and grips, great pads and saddle. The jockey wheel system is well designed and independent from the drive wheel. Simplifies the installation and removal of training wheels. Too bad. The pedals suck, the hard brakes are a joke. Only there for the show. Expect these pedals to be replaced right out of the box. Handbrakes require different pads as the ones supplied are more like a pad in appearance. If you don't know how to use a wrench and are good at bike repair, you should bring it to LBS for tuning. I've been a bike mechanic for many years and have been building bikes my whole life. This bike took 3 hours of fiddling to set up. You save a lot of money with a bike like this. The parts are mostly of high quality, but there is no time for construction and assembly. I'm happy with the bike, but there's no way it's safe after the advertised 5 minute setup.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Some small things
